Welcome to Apricity Cleaning Services LLC. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services
   We provide commercial cleaning services as agreed in service contracts or bookings. Services may be customized to client needs.

2. Client Responsibilities
   Clients must provide accurate information, safe access to the premises, and timely payment for services.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations
   Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.

4. Payments
   Payments are due as specified in the service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

5. Liability
   While we take great care, Apricity Cleaning Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry appropriate insurance for covered incidents.

6. Termination
   Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, subject to the terms of the contract.

7. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Apricity Cleaning Services LLC operates.
